Pipe Support Design
SENS offers a complete analysis, design and detailing services for application and selection of pipe support, restraint devices and structural members
SENS team is trained to use Aveva Review 3D Software, which is able to reads both PDMS and PDS Software files. Based on info in 3D viewer and executed Pipe Stress Analysis we can determine locations, movements and reaction forces of used Pipe Supports and provide complete Pipe Support Detailed Design by:
- Selection of Standard Pipe Supports in accordance with Client Pipe Support Specification. If Client Pipe Support Specification not available, selection of the Standard Pipe Supports can be done in accordance with SENS or Carpenter & Patterson pipe support catalogues
- Making fully detailed design drawing of Special Pipe Supports
- Making fully detailed drawing and calculation of Pipe Support Steelwork
- Providing material take off list
For small-sized projects, Pipe Support Design activity can also be based on Pipe- and Steelwork General Arrangement drawings.
If required, FE analysis can be provided for all special pipe supports items.
